Our Project Selkirk

This incredible project is pushing the architectural and structural limits of what can be done.  

Nestled 23 feet into the ground is a subterrain koi fish pond wrapping around the basement exterior. Cascading platforms and patios appear to float above the koi pond and water lily reflecting ponds. The uninterrupted fascia volume transcends floor, wall and cantilevered roof bringing together the details of the building.  This creates the feeling of simplicity within this complex framework.
